Provident Home Healthcare is one of the Twin Cities' premier home care agencies,
specializing in acute, ICU level of care in the home. Over the last 15 years, our incredible team of managers and caregivers have helped hundreds of individuals with spinal cord injuries or debilitating diseases live quality, independent lives in their very own homes.
Our family-owned agency is seeking to add depth to our upper-level management team!
Ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is organized, goal-oriented and does complete and accurate work. Ideal candidate exhibits good judgment in their management style while being gracious and gentle with subordinates.
Administrator duties include (but not limited to):
• Participate in achieving compliance in clinical, personnel, billing departments
• Audit for compliance in clinical, personnel, billing departments
• Participate in achieving agency goals
• Licensing and accreditation with Department of Health and CHAP
• Contracts with insurance companies, schools, private individuals
Strong MS Office skills are essential--specifically Outlook, Excel and Word. Neatness and organization also a must. Must be able to type 50+ wpm. Please attach resume. This is a full-time, weekday position, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
